Frequently asked questions
Does the whole photo change, or only the background?
Only the background. The subject itself — a product, person, interior or dish — stays the same: shape, colour, lettering and texture are not redrawn. That is why the shot can go straight into a product listing.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs inside Telegram: the app opens from a button in the chat with the bot, with nothing to install on your phone or computer.
What does it cost, is there a free trial?
A free bonus is granted right away and needs no card — enough to try it on your own photos. After that it is a monthly subscription: Lite, Standard or Premium. There is no auto-renewal.
How do I pay?
By card or SBP, and with Telegram Stars. Card payments go through YooKassa — card details never reach the service.
Can I process several photos at once?
Yes, photos are uploaded as a batch and processed in parallel. Finished ones arrive in the chat as a single message so batches do not get mixed up.
Where are the finished photos stored, and for how long?
In two places: the chat with the bot and the “History” tab of the app itself. From either one you can save them to your gallery at any time. The chat keeps them for good; “History” holds the last 200 jobs — as new ones arrive, the oldest go along with their files. So save what you need to your gallery right away. Originals are kept nowhere — they are deleted right after processing.
What if the background is not what I wanted?
Describe it in more detail, or attach a sample photo of the surface you want: it goes into the request together with your shot, and the result follows it.
Can I process photos of people?
Yes, and nothing needs to be selected: facial features, expression, hair and clothing stay unchanged just as product details do. Some shots may be rejected by the model's own content rules.
Is my limit charged if processing fails?
No. A failed attempt returns the limit in full — only work that actually happened is charged.
Which languages are supported?
The interface follows your Telegram language; Russian and English are supported. You can also pick one manually with the /language command.
